Ovo

I'm a fashion designer for kids and baby, that's why I'm always talking and writing about things that involves their universe an theirs mother's too.
Ovo is a Brazilian brand, very different than everything else we have here.
It's modern, comfortable and most of all affordable. It's not cheap, but ok for design.

Ovo is a part of the Estudio Zero project.

Held in Recife in a former fabric surrounded by the forest in a far neighborhood, the project has design, audio an cinema studios, besides Ovo.
The professional that work there come from all around the country and abroad.
They develop exclusive prints and patterns for fashion and decoration as well as decoration objects.
A very modern structure was built there with the top machines. Al the products are made by natural fibers such as cotton, bamboo and linen.

Adriana Barra, the coolest designer

Today I would like to post about my favorite Brazilian designer. I'm her fan for a long time, since she began. Her shop here in Sao Paulo is gorgeous, the dresses and blouses are super cool, and every time I enter her website it feels like I'm entering her world.
It is worthy to spend a few minutes looking at her new collection.

Farm Rio

This is a Brazilian brand, in fact a Carioca brand. It has the soul of Rio de Janeiro. And it is not just for foreigners, we all are in love with this look.

Kitchen of my dreams

For a while now I've been in love with this kitchen. I don't remember in witch site I saw it, but I've saved the picture.
That is the kitchen I needed when I was younger. It has everything on it, and besides has a 70's look that makes me crazy.
When I have a girl, definitely she will get it for Christmas.

Les Parisiennes

I've been to Paris not a long time a go and went to see Kiraz at the Carnavalet Museum. Today was the last day of the exposition, but there are several books to buy of his illustrations for Jour de France, Playboy and others. I bought a book about the the Parisian and the men. (Elles & Moi).
I've chosen this picture because she says:

The illustrations are beautiful and the texts are always fun and criticize the "shallow" mind off the girls. In a good way, of course.

Brigadeiro

As a Brazilian I'm addicted to brigadeiro.
For me is the best way to eat chocolate when your body desire it. It is sweet, has a silky texture, melts in your mouth and reminds me of my childhood.
Not that I haven't eaten it since I was small girl, but here in Brazil for the birthday partys there is a rule: we must have brigadeiro at the table. The cake is the main course and the brigadeiros are a side dish.
The "element off fun" is making is. It is easy, and we learn it at the first day we are alowed to toutch the stove.

Brigadeiro, how to:

You will need:
- a can of condensed milk
- a can of milk
- 4 spoonful of chocolate in powder
- 1 bag of granulated chocolate
- butter

In a pan put the condensed milk, the milk and the chocolate.
Mix it until you can see the bottom of the pan.
Let it cool.
Put all the granulated chocolate in a bow.
With your hand make little balls (spread butter on your hand so the brigadeiro don't stick on it) and throw it at the bow and roll it around.

That is it. Very easy, fun and most off all: sweet.
